The super efficient formula (imidacloprid and flumethrin)of Seresto collar repels and kills ticks as soon as they come in contact, thus minimizes the transmission of ticks including brown dog ticks that cause Ehrlichiosis and other tick-induced diseases such as babesiosis, and anaplasmosis.
The long-lasting and waterproof flea and tick collar is made with a unique polymer matrix which holds the chemicals in the collar and releases them only when required, which adds to the longevity of the collar and as a result the protection is sustained for up to 8 months.
It is safe for puppies 7 weeks of age and older.
How Seresto works on dogs?
Seresto is developed with a blend of materials - polymer matrix and highly recognized active ingredients. The active ingredients are integrated into Seresto polymer matrix. Low doses of these ingredients are realized from this matrix and absorbed through the fatty layer of the pet’s skin and hair. The ingredients are spread all over the body surface to protect the pet.
Please Note:
Dogs must not be bathed more than once per month in order to maintain eight-month flea protection duration.
For small dogs that swim once a month or more, the control duration is reduced to 5 months for flea control and reduced to 3 months for tick control.
For large dogs that swim once a month or more, the control duration is reduced to 5 months for flea control and reduced to 3 months for tick control.

- Ensure there is 2 fingers space between the collar and your dog’s neck.
- Adjust the collar around dog’s neck without tightening too much and cut of excess length beyond the loops.

- For puppy, check periodically and adjust the collar width according to the growth of the puppy
